Vision Journaling Workshop: Core Values, part 2

August 17, 2009

What I value… Play: the need to relax and forget and act like a kid every now and then…Beauty: in the everyday, in all forms…Honesty: with myself…Creativity: create what you want; a spark in all of us…Grace: to strive for and exhibit…Flexibilty: to go where life leads me, into the seen and unforeseen…Authenticity: be real, with myself and others; more easily said than done…Stability: the foundation I aim to be; what I seek in my family and relationships…Simplicity: what is it that I really need? not much…Loyalty: what I give, what I want…Calm: peace of mind; I can handle what I am given; time I can reflect…Presence: I am where I am; I am present in my own life…Strength: quiet or outspoken…Humor: laugh, enjoy, relish; there is humor in so much…Community: I am not alone; Learn and teach and share; we’re all in this together…Curiosity: for all that is in the world…Passion: for life, for knowledge, for discovery…

This vision journaling looks so neat. I'm going to have to see if I can find a class!

I really liked this. I want my life to calm down and get settled so I can do stuff like this too. I feel I need to be creative again… get off the computer so much….
