I can’t believe Beau is going to be 4 in less than 2 weeks. Seriously. Where has the time gone?

Last night was the Phoenix Haboob of 2011. It was crazy. And it wasn’t just in Phoenix – it rolled up from Tucson and across our entire valley. Anyway, I’m bummed I was inside and didn’t even take a photo of our nasty dusty street.

I think it’s odd how fascinated we are with what houses other people buy. I’m writing this as House Hunters is on TV.

I really do love these 4-day work weeks.

The video footage of the haboob was fascinating. My dad told me about those storms when he was deployed over in Kuwait…. it sounded so crazy. can’t believe it happened here in the US!

I love this picture of Beau, so so cute. Wow 4!! What are you going to do for his birthday? The haboob is so crazy, scary looking. I love House Hunters, especially the International version when I can dream of buying a home in some exotic location. I like the one with the first time buyers too. That channel just sucks me in somedays. I think I need to buy some more corn.

I refuse to believe Beau is almost 4. It can’t be! I remember when he was only almost 2. Four-day work-weeks are amazing. That extra day of rest makes things so much easier to deal with.

I saw that dust cloud on the news; I don’t know that I would have gone out in it either, even for pictures.
