How was your weekend? In addition to all the usual stuff, ours consisted of swimming, sunning a bit, playing with Play-Doh and Army Guys. And it’s quite possible that the adults had more fun playing than the kids.
I’ve surpassed the one week point of no soda or caffeinated beverages. I can’t believe I did it! Â Not only did I do it, but Shane gave it up as well. Â Miraculous. I feel so much better now in so many ways, I can’t even describe it all. Most of all my mind is clear.
How is 4 compared to 3? We’ve had a rough weekend.
Do you ever go through a time period where you feel you have a complete shift in thinking? One that you can’t quite explain or wrap your head around? I’m going through that right now.
Have you seen Bridesmaids? How is it? I’ve heard loves and hates about it. Honestly I probably won’t get to see it until it hits Netflix.
I can’t believe I chose Mob Wives over Bones during Beau’s nap yesterday afternoon.
My new work schedule which has me leaving the house at 8 is lovely. It’s so nice to start the day relaxed and calm rather than harried and late.
What are you listening to? Me? Corinne Bailey Rae’s “Put Your Records On.” I love that song. It makes me want to open the windows, turn up the music, and twirl around. (Except today it’s supposed to 114 so I’ll skip opening the windows.)
I seriously need to pick up my camera and actually use it. I’ve realized the root of my issue is that I wish I had gotten the 7D. But I didn’t, and that’s okay, and I just need to get over that. It’s not like that was my only chance at the 7D.
Happy week to you friends!
