It’s Friday evening and this is what I’m thinking…

April 10, 2009

It’s amazing…there is life without Diet Coke.

If you are a follower of my other blog Save The Moment I’ve done you a favor and combined that blog with this one. It’s all about simplification.

People who make a lot (I mean a lot, a lot) of facial expressions on a regular basis are distracting to talk to.

I’m excited to go to Oregano’s with Tamye, Erin, and Suzanne (crazy girl…she doesn’t blog) and their guys tomorrow night. I’m already thinking about what to order.

I want to change the look of my blog. But I really like my red too. I’m so indecisive.

My father-in-law (left), The Drifter, drives a truck for a living. A ginormous truck. The whole trucking world fascinates me…code names, special lingo, driving massive vehicles with 18 gears.

Take me out to the ball game…My boys of summer are back and I’m one happy girl.

Flickr is the slowest site on earth.

I’m sportin’ a new ‘do…a ponytail! My hair is finally long enough (just barely…don’t ask how long my ponytail is) to pull back I will probably sport a this ‘do indefinitely just because I can.

I ate too many jelly beans today. Stupid since they aren’t that good. Too grainy.

We have some new neighbors who have two yappy dogs. I’m giving myself the nice neighbor award because I’m not staring at them through their master window telling them to please quiet down their dogs at 9:30 at night.

Does anyone remember the show on MTV called The State? It was funny and I miss it. At least I have The Office.

Don’t worry Erin, none of my thoughts are directed to you…you don’t make distracting facial expressions. Neither do you Tamye.

Happy Easter! Happy Passover! Happy Weekending!

Whew! What a relief! I was wondering if it was Erin. Because it most obviously isn’t me! 😉

I always like to read your Friday night musings. I have a neighbor with two yappy dogs too, and one with a mean cat that keeps attacking my kitty.

Funny thing, the neighbor use to have dogs that never barked. They died (the dogs not the neighbors) and now they have two collies that bark non-stop!

Happy Easter and Happy Weekending to you too!

I’m not into the diet drinks (the sweeteners make me cough), but life without AZ iced tea for me is like a crack addicts life without crack! (Or what I assume a crack addicts life would be without crack, lol!)

Your neighbors yappy dogs and our upstairs tenants would do well together on their own deserted island!

Do you remember Barry and Levon and the $240 worth of pudding (from The State)? Maybe you had to be there.

Love the shot of your FIL…my step-dad is a trucker too, I spent my youth washing the truck and making the sleeper bed every weekend…that was part of our chores. Used to have a CB handle of my own too. I think it was Trixie, sounds like a stripper name. lol I dated a trucker once when I was 19, but I’m glad that I didn’t marry into that life.

Even still, I will try to control my facial expressions around you.
