This weekend we took Beau and our niece Claire to the Amococo exhibit at the Mesa Arts Center. It was amazing. Imagine yourself walking through a kaleidoscope, getting lost in pods of different colors, relaxing against the inflatable walls. It truly was like being on another planet.
Beau loved putting his face up against the vents. And of course he loved running up and bouncing against the walls…which was against the rules. Go figure. Shane and I enjoyed looking at the details of the construction, wondering about the planning and building of it. I think my niece enjoyed relaxing against the soft walls the most. It’s art that is fun for all ages.
This exhibit only has 2 more US stops – it will be in both Pittsburgh, PA and Raleigh, NC this May. If you are near either of those cities I encourage you to go.

What a great place! Love the pictures–it would be so cool to print, frame and hang them all together on the wall. Really eye catching!
