Beau lazying around on the twirly slide.
Not a care in the world.
Just as it should be.
Beau at the moment he discovers other kids are making their way to the park.
He made a beeline for his bike to get the heck out of there.
He’s one silly boy. And a lot like me.

Those are both great shots! The colors and pose in the first one are terrific!

Lol to making a beeline for the bike. I tend to run out of places too like if I have an empty spot at the library…
Cute pictures

I like the static in his hair. but the look in his eyes that “the others” are coming, is fabulous! Great capture!

I love the static in his hair in the first pic…makes it perfect. Such a beautiful little boy you have…I am sure he is growing up too quickly for your liking!
Thanks Haley! He is growing up so fast! Every day he talks about when he’s going to be 4 and I still can’t believe he’s already 3!
Oh so sweet! Love the static hair!
That first one is just adorable!

Love the static. Looks like it’s relatively warm there, lucky you.

Thanks Becky Sue! We’re in Arizona and right now is the perfect time of year I think – not in the triple digits yet.
Isn’t it amazing when we see ourselves in them? Such an incredible connection.

I love that boy.
Love the static in his hair
That’s exactly what I would have done when the other kids came.

Thanks Petra. I don’t really blame him for wanting to get out of there. The thought of playing with other kids (strangers!) wasn’t such a hot idea to me when I was little.
Oh no–Beau doesn’t like to play with the other kids? Of course, my kids didn’t altogether like them, either. The oldest liked to play with them sometimes but the other two were too shy (gee I wonder who they got that from?). And all three of them hated having to share the playground equipment.

I remember my boys doing that too–they loved having a whole park (or play area) to themselves. Now they are not nearly so shy and sometimes even play with the other kids.
